Independent Cycle East is a Federal Licensed Manufacturer.

Jeff pursued this endeavor due to his building of the Lowlife and Hardlife Frames purchased from Jesse Jurrens from Independent Cycle Inc. in South Dakota. Jeff was so impressed with the manufacturing of the Lowlife and Hardlife Frames that he became specialized in building the Lowlife and Hardlife Frames.

The AMD American Motorcycle Division Worldwide competitors. Competing against the European and Foreign competition was an adrenaline rush that simply gave me the ambition to represent the USA along with many of my talented friends. Many of the builds competed and won, including:

Jeff is also a distributor of the Legend Air Suspensions. Legend Air Suspension is owned by Jesse Jurrens of South Dakota. Jesse & Jeff became good friends and colleagues over the years. Ice Cycle was created in July of 2007. Jeff Kessel and his wife Tracey are very busy with Legend Air Suspensions in the USA and in the International market. The Legend Air Suspension is simply the best Air Rides on the market today. Jeff is also a distributor of Legend Air Suspensions for Jesse Jurrens Legend Off Road Shock. Jeff truly believes in this product and the Legend Air Suspension is all he useds on all of his builds of the Lowlife & Hardlife Frame and custom builds. Legend Air Suspension is used on almost all Harley Davidson and Customs on the market today.

During the year of 2009, Independent Cycle East moved to its new location at 503 Meade Avenue, Hanover, PA 17331. Jeff purchased the other half of the partnership from his partner Jim Winebrenner of Winebrenner Motor Service. Jeff is now the sole owner Independent Cycle East, LLC. During the year end of 2009, Jeff also purchased the business of Independent Cycle Inc. in South Dakota from Jesse Jurrens. Independent Cycle East & Independent Cycle Inc. are now united by Jeff Kessel, owner and Federal Licensed Manufacturer of one of the best frames on the market today.

The Lowlife & Hardlife manufacturing now will be built by Jeff and his colleagues. Jeff owns all the inventory of the Independent Cycle Inc. Lowlife & Hardlife Chassis Division.

Independent Cycle East is now manufacturing all the Lowlife & Hardlife frames, gas tanks, handlebars, and Millenium Headlight. Complete sheet metal Rollers of the Lowlife & Hardlife's are available.

Independent Cycle East, LLC is a dealer of many vendors, including: Trask Turbo chargers, Bagger bikes conversions, fat tire conversions, Fender Kits and Legend Off Road Shocks and Stock Harley Davidson and Custom Legend Air Suspensions and Full service of any type of bike is our specialty.
