Winebrenner Motor Service, located at 50 North Forney Ave in Hanover, PA, was started about 25 years ago by Jim Winebrenner. He began working on cars but gradually began working and servicing motorcycles. Winebrenner's stocks 50 plus Harley-Davidsons of all years, makes, and models, and handful of custom choppers. This is all in a 4,000 square foot showroom. As you look across the showroom you will see anything from Harley-Davidsons to full-blown custom choppers. Walking in shop that gives a feeling of nostalgia, that sends you into the freedom of the wide-open road, with a fever to own one of these motorcycles. Winebrenner Motor Service offers a wide range of stock parts with a full service department and also a finance department to make the motorcycle purchase possible. Jim decided he needed a custom design and fabrication manufacturing division - this was accomplished by adding Jeff Kessel as a partner. Together Jim and Jeff created Independent Cycle East - "I.C.E.". Independent Cycle East is a federal licensed manufacturer. I.C.E. manufactures motorcycles specializing in low-riding frames nationwide. They specialize in two types: the swing arm "Lowlife" soft tail, and the rigid frame "Hardlife" hard tail. You will find that in most of their choppers they install "Legend Air Ride" suspension to obtain a 30 percent better ride. We can install in most makes and models of Harley-Davidsons and custom choppers. I.C.E. can build any motorcycle to any specifications. Custom manufacturing is what I.C.E. is all about! Bikes starting as low as $18,000 up to $100,000 price range.

Independent Cycle East creates 8 to 10 full blown customs a year, and the demand for their products is growing tremendously. Jeff and the crew put their talents to work building some of the best custom-built motorcycles in PA. Jon Little is the "Metal Master" and he works for I.C.E. as a metal fabricator. Dennis Troll, from Ohio, is a builder brought aboard to help keep up with the demand for I.C.E.'s growing business. Together their experience as riders and best builders in the industry produce the best custom motorcycles in Pennsylvania.

Independent Cycle East attends shows all over the US. Some of their achievements are 1st Place at the 4th and 5th Annual Mid-Atlantic Show in Timonium, MD. Next they attended the International Master Bike Builders Show in Daytona Beach Florida winning the prestigious "Master Builder Award", along with 1st Place Award. At the 5th Annual Mid-Atlantic Show in Timonium, MD they also achieved the "Best Hand Crafted Bike Award", which was totally hand crafted by Jon Little. Jon's project was a 2 1/2 year build, another award won was the "Radical Pro Award". Jeff, Jon and Dennis ventured to Columbus, Ohio to the Easy Rider Show winning "Best of Show", "Radical Award" and 1st Place Award on three of their most recently built custom choppers. I.C.E. has been featured in a German magazine featuring a radical low old style, "Lowlife" known as the I.C.E. Trakker. I.C.E. has a feature in "American Cycle", the 1st issue published in a new magazine.

Winebrenner Motor Service is an independently owned business owned by Jim Winebrenner of Hanover, PA. Independent Cycle East, known as I.C.E., shares the same location, which represents the custom side of the business.
